Friday

9th September

One of those "bitsa" days - a bit of this, bit of that. It's not hot, its not cold, its not sunny, its not overcast.
Its as if the weather man hasn't got out of bed yet so everything is on hold until he gets up and starts pressing buttons.

Last night there was the most gorgeous red sunset in the west, while masses of black storm clouds were in the east. Poured with rain about two hours later.

There was also a beautiful moon as dusk ambled in.
The sun had just gone down below the horizon - reflecting on the moon hanging low and about the size of a large beach ball - three quarter moon. All bright and silvery. Lovely.

Wednesday

7th September

what a change from yesterday! Although its a bit chilly, the sun is shining and its a sort of blue sky.
Very windy though - a great rustling in the trees, like they are having a council of war

Tuesday

6th September

It poured. Literally poured. So heavy I couldn't see the end of the garden.

Monday

5th September

Last |Friday was a warm afternoon - spent it with friends in Aylesbury - we sat in the garden until the stars came out. Lovely.

Today - very windy. The trees are shaking like they are in an angry, tormented mood.
